Fish Audio provides AI-driven voice synthesis, neural voice cloning, text-to-speech conversion, and custom audio model management for iOS and Android platforms. The service enables users to convert written scripts into synthetic audio and build custom voice clones using audio recordings.

3. User Conduct & Responsible AI Usage

You agree to use Fish Audio strictly for lawful purposes and in full compliance with all applicable local, national, and international laws. Specifically, you agree NOT to:

• Clone the voice of any person without their explicit, written, and informed consent.
• Generate deceptive or fraudulent audio intended to impersonate public figures, political candidates, law enforcement, or family members for scamming purposes.
• Synthesize hate speech, defamatory content, harassment, or abusive audio material.
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or tamper with the underlying neural synthesis models.

4. Voice Cloning Ownership & Authorizations

You warrant and guarantee that you possess all necessary intellectual property rights, rights of publicity, and explicit permissions for any audio recordings you upload or record for voice cloning in Fish Audio. You accept full legal responsibility for any voice model generated under your account.

5. Intellectual Property & Commercial License

All software, branding, UI designs, and underlying AI architecture are the exclusive intellectual property of Fish Audio Inc. Subject to your compliance with these Terms, Fish Audio grants you a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to download, export, publish, and commercially monetize synthetic audio generated using legally authorized voice models.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties & Limitation of Liability

Fish Audio is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis without warranties of any kind. Fish Audio disclaims all liability for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from synthesized speech usage or service interruptions.
